Guidelines and procedures before or upon news of a death

Call emergency services first 911, for sudden death

Begin preparation by contacting Canada Muslim Community (contact details provided in the package

Decide which Mosque you will be using for Ghusl services and Salatul Janazah.

Let Canada Muslim Community know if you would like to take part in washing the deceased body

Application of Death Certificate will be processed by family of deceased online once you receive the documents from the funeral director.
